Does the Hague Sulfur Filter treat all of the water in my home?
Yes, the Hague Sulfur Filter provides sulfur-free water throughout the home to ensure all of your faucets are flowing with the quality water you can enjoy.
How often do I need to change the media inside the filter?
The Hague Sulfur Filter is self-sustaining, using only air and water to flush the filter media. This regeneration process means the media inside will last for the life of the product.
Do I need to add salt to this system?
The Hague Sulfur Filter does not require the addition of salt or other chemicals. This worry free design means a very low maintenance solution to your sulfur odor issues.
What does the limited lifetime warranty cover?
We warrant our water filters to the original owner, at the original installation location, when installed following manufacturer specifications from the date of original installation as follows: For the LIFETIME of the original owner: Media tank, except for damages due to freezing, high pressure (120 PSI and above), extreme temperature (100° F and above) or a vacuum on the system. For FIVE YEARS: Complete valve. For ONE YEAR: All other parts and components. Read the full warranty.
What’s the difference between a water softener and a water filter?

Water that has hydrogen sulfide gas passes through a column of air in the top of the tank which oxidizes the gas to force it into a solid particle. These particles are then trapped by the filtration media, leaving your home free from the “rotten egg” odor for good.
